#UH1: Universal Holster

This won't hold a 1911 on your belt, but it's great for securing a small to medium sized pistol inside a pouch. If you carry a pistol inside a velcro-lined pocket of a messenger bag, armor carrier or laptop case, this holster is perfect for maintaining the pistol in the desired orientation. I use mine for a Browning Hi-Power with Commander-length slide. If I were designing this, I would have made the webbing and velcro much wider, to increase the strength of the bond to the pouch, but as is it's a huge improvement over the version sold by Maxpedition, which doesn't have a thumbreak.
