#MPC: Modular Plate Carrier

i couldn't ask for a better tactical amour vest i'm their are no down sides to this vest if your thinking of getting this vest i 100% recommend this to you its more into the heavy side when you have your pouches and hydration system fully modular webbing its customizable they way you want it

This vest is similar to the #MOPC Modular Operator Plate Carrier but is taller. It comes up to my neck and I'm 5ft 9 in. When seated, it rests just under my chin and some times rides up on my legs. I have both the MPC and MOPC, and the only real difference is the size, so make your selection between the two based on size.

I purchased this vest in OD along with 4 covered double mag puches, medical pouch, dump pouch and flash light pouch for my Fox OC spray and a general duty pouch for larger items. This vest was a good value for the money and seems well built. One of my MOLLE attachment points came undone on the front edge, other than that it works well. I placed my Second Chance Level 2 panels in the front and back and they fit like a charm. Great vest for the money.

Used this vest to carry the ballistic panels and plates from my company issue vest while working in Baghdad. Considerably more comfortable, but at 5'8" 145 lbs it hindered the upper body movement of my small frame especially when riding in the cramped confines of our Excursions. All MOLLE webbing was sewn to spec and accepted all pouches I attached. Rode a little low in the waist area, but again this is due to my small frame. The cumberbund feature and the mesh were greatly appreciated, made carrying the cast iron plates SOOOOOOooooooo much better on my back. and the mesh helped add a little draft in the 135+ degree heat, yes it got THAT hot. Drag handle on back was strong and held fast. Overall I am highly satisfied with carrier and as such look forward to purchasing more items from Condor, especially with the new Multicam line out.
