i have had this plate carrier for a while now and it really is a great carrier, it has held strong through multiple carbine courses. the side M4 mag pouches are pretty pointless, when you wear it they are a challenge to get to so just grab some molle pouches and use those instead.
otherwise this is a truly incredible plate carrier for the price, i actually bought it after a buddy of mine did a 6 month tour of iraq wearing one

I am the Firearms Instructor for my Department. I went to several local Tactical stores in the area and all of them wanted 150-175.00 for a vest like this one. Since I received this vest I put my body armor in it and attached several molle extras to it, this thing is awesome and you can't beat the price. Absolutely no regrets in this purchase. recommending this to everyone I work with!

Great vest, comfortable. However could use some modifications. It is by far the best vest out there for the price. We did spend about 40 dollars on each vest making our own modifications. The neck line needs to be changed, should be cupped, no one has a straight neck. We bought 10 vest for the K9 Unit, they work great for when we do entries with the SWAT Team. Other units with in our Department have also gone out and purchased them. I would definitely buy again.

This carrier is an outstanding value.I put in my Second Chance IIA panels and K30 plates and they fit perfectly. I don't find the built-in mag pouches on the usable, as the mags are so close to my armpits I can't pull them out, but perhaps some one taller than me (6'0") might like them. I put a 4 cell mag pouch and an admin pouch on the front ,and a hydration carrier on the back, and I still have room for more. Second Chance would probably charge $400.00 for a carrier like this.
