TAC Medic

Bought this pouch to see if it would work for my team. The rip-away feature is excellent and the pouch holds more than the other condor EMT Pouch. The drawback is that the pouch sags away from the vest when using the attached MOLLE straps. I rectified this by removing the straps and attaching the pouch using two 7-inch Blackhawk STRIKE speed clips attached through the MOLLE webbing AND the two D-rings at the top of the Velcro MOLLE attachment. This secured the pouch better and did away with the added sag. Other than that, it is a good pouch. A little refinement in the attachment area and it could be a great pouch. I plan on buying more as the only issue was easily rectified with the speed clips.

Awesome pouch. I mount this on the left flank area of my LBE vest for run n' gun time and it stays attached and out of the way, but can be easily reached if needed. One pull of the handle and I have everything I need in my hands with the exception of IV fluids. Plenty of internal dividers and LOTS of room for supplies. Color matches my 5.11 TacOD and various other gear. Highly recommended.

everyone should own this

This product is awesome, infact, it should be the standard IFAK/EMT Pouch. I have enough room for 2 tourniquets, 3 Field Dressings, tons of Bandaids, Sterile Wipes, Medical Gloves, everything you honestly might need can fit in here. Awesome product

By far the best feature of this pouch is that it can be put anywhere within arms reach on your kit and still be accessed when needed just by unbuckling the front strap and pulling it of the hook and loop platform. This solves the problem of needing to decide on if you should put your medical pouch on the front of your kit where it uses up valuable space or on the back where if it where ever needed it could be a major problem getting to the contents of the pouch. Plus this has plenty of room inside of it, it's by far bigger than the standard issue IFAK pouch used in the Army. In mine I got 4 Bolin Chest Seals, 2 SOFTT-W Tourniquets, 2 Combat Gauze Packs, 2 Z-Packed Gauze Packs, 1 Six Inch Wide Olaes Modular Bandage, 1 barely used roll of medical tape, and 1 pair of surgical gloves, I could try to cram more stuff in there but that would be pushing it. On top of all of that, I would say that this pouch is also a far better design than the IFAK also.

I purchased the rip away EMT pouch for my wildland fire pack. The construction and function of the pouch are outstanding. It has all the features that a good first aid pouch should. The design and features make it perfect for my needs. Great products, won't be the last one I buy, also have the Utility pouch on my waist belt.
