I purchased this vest a while back primarily to reduce the amount of gear strapped directly to my body armor. Here are my thoughts:
Pros:
- Very easy to adjust to conform to your body armor, or as a standalone vest.
- Completely covered in webbing, allowing any manor of configuration.
- Adjustment points have two forms of slack retention.
- Built-in magazine pouches & hydration bladder pouch. These were both my deciding factors in buying this rig.
Cons:
- Under rigorous use, the velcro/snap strip holding the front together came loose, leaving the buckle on top (above the magazine pouches) the only thing keeping it from flying off. I remedied this by rigging another buckle midway, near the D-ring handle on the front.
Overall, I'm pretty impressed with this rig. It cost less than other brands, but the quality is equal.

This vest is great. Front opening, integrated magazine pouches, integral hydration pouch and removable chest panel make this a very adaptable and extremely comfortable vest. It fits very well over body armor and you can strip it down for different missions. Mine is decked out to the hilt with Multicam Magazine, Dump Pouches, Knife, light and everything else you may or may not need. The only thing I wish is it had a little more MOLLE real estate, but that's asking a little much.
